Term 1 Requirements
By the end of Term 1 (Thursday, 2 April), all MACS employees are required to have completed the following four modules:
- Anaphylaxis (including a practical component)
- Code of Conduct
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Cybersecurity
As part of other duties, taken together these amount to approx. 3 hours for the term.
Anaphylaxis Module:
To complete the Anaphylaxis requirement, please follow these steps:
- Online Component: Please complete the module by clicking HERE
· Click on ‘Enrol or go to course here’
· Login or Create an Account (depending upon if you have login before)
Always use your Marymede credentials – email/password
· Then complete the Course – E-TRAINING VICTORIAN SCHOOLS

- Certificate: Once completed, please print out your completion certificate.
- Practical Component: You must demonstrate the practical use of an EpiPen with a Nurse – and then have your Certificate signed by the Nurse.
- This must be done within 30 days of the date on your certificate.
- Booking a time with a Nurse: Please click HERE to book a time slot. Please choose South Morang or Doreen tab.
Once you have the signed certificate, please upload it to EMS360 as a PDF (Accreditations on EMS360). Please go to the EMS360 Video page on The Marymede Way to see how to do this – let me know if you’re still unsure.
MACSLearn Modules:
For the Code of Conduct, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Cybersecurity modules, please check your inbox for enrolment details sent in early December 2025/ or early 2026:
- Search Term: Search your inbox for
notifications@instructure.com or Course Enrolment - Subject Line: Look for emails titled “Course Enrolment” (most likely sent between Dec 3rd–10th).
I have attached a guide explaining the specific steps required to log in.
Note: You will need your C Number (usually found in the enrolment email) and your CEVN password. If you have forgotten your password, please email Suresh at suresh.gangadharan@marymede.vic.edu.au for a reset.
