Term 4 2026 Requirement
By Tuesday, 1 December, all staff employed at Marymede, are required to have completed the following Module and uploaded their certification of completion into EMS360 Pro. Please click on the link below to enrol in the course:
Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations – 1 Year Renewal (VIC)
The module will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the four modules and another 5 minutes to complete the 10 question assessment. Once completed, you can download a certificate of completion which then needs to be uploaded into EMS360 Pro.
Certificate Upload Instructions
- Log into EMS360 Pro
- Click on My EMS
- Scroll down to Professional Development
- Click on My Accreditations
- Click on Add Accreditation
- Then scroll down to find course name – Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations eLearning Module – 1 year renewal (VIC)
- Click on the calendar icon and select the date you completed the module
- No Accreditation Number is required
- Click on Save
- You will now see the module listed in My Accreditations – please attach your certificate
